Digital Plates
Digital Plates provide an improved workflow and quality available with digital flexo plate technology using MacDermid Graphics Solutions line of digital sheet products.
Digital MAF (DMAF)
MacDermid’s Digital MAF is the digital sheet photo-polymer specifically designed to address all direct print corrugated board requirements. Digital MAF has a dot profile that is optimized for post print corrugated, resulting in dramatically reduced fluting without the use of additional plate making techniques or exposure systems. Digital MAF simply prints better; right out of the box.
LUX ITP 60
LUX In-the-Plate (ITP) 60 provides all of the benefits of LUX flat-top dots, but with the convenience of receiving them already in the plate. No additional plate making steps or equipment are needed to take advantage of the print quality and consistency of LUX flat-top dots. The first available plate product is LUX ITP 60. ITP 60 is a 60 durometer plate well suited for the flexible packaging; folding carton; tag & label; and sacks, paper, and multi-wall segments.
LUX ITP M
LUX ITP™ M is part of the LUX flat-top dot technology that provides all the benefits of LUX Lamination, but with the convenience of flat-top dots right out of the box. LUX ITP M is a medium durometer plate specifically designed for paper stocks, preprinted liner board and other applications where a combination of high durability and excellent ink laydown are required.

Analog Plates
MacDermid Graphics Solutions’ analog or conventional sheet photo-polymer products are available for virtually any flexographic printing application and any plate making technology. From flexible film to corrugated boxes, MacDermid provides a high-quality sheet photo-polymer plate product to fit your needs.
MVP
MVP is the Most Valuable Plate for your printing needs and is the newest medium durometer, analog sheet plate from MacDermid. Its durable design results in higher quality print and increased productivity. This 50 durometer plate has exceptional resilience, allowing for faster press speeds and reduced bounce. Ink transfer is enhanced, delivering extremely smooth solids and crisp, clean-running process color images every time.
MGC
MacDermid MGC plate is the latest entry into the corrugated marketplace. MGC challenges competitive products with outstanding imaging capabilities and significantly reduced processing times. MGC is able to image a 2% 100 lpi in a 250 mil plate while eliminating the need for back-masking and substantially reducing undercutting in fine lines. Its processing times offer a 30-45 minute cycle time savings when compared to competitive products.
MAX
MacDermid MAX is the newest and best performing hard, analog sheet photopolymer plate from MacDermid. MAX plates work well with a wide variety of substrates and ink. This 60 durometer plate has excellent drape characteristics, making it well suited for applications involving small-diameter cylinders on narrow web presses. MAX is also an extremely low tack plate, which allows long, clean running print performance
